DILLON MARSH
Upon Reflection
I’ve always been intrigued by baobab trees, particularly their enormous size and unusual shapes and features. By mirroring each baobab on its vertical axis, it's transformed into a type of ink blot test, an abstract shape entirely open to interpretation.

I’ve also included the reverse image of each tree, showing the opposite half mirrored on the same axis, revealing how the tree’s shape and the surrounding scenery can drastically change the context and character of an image.
